Kal Marshell is the creator, executive producer, and host of The Lucky Night USA Game Show, a live entertainment competition created by KalQulated Productions that brings together music, comedy, karaoke, audience participation, and the chance to win.
A recording artist, singer-songwriter, entrepreneur, and entertainment producer, Marshell has built a career across music, media, live events, and creative production.
He is also the founder of KalQulated Productions and President of the United Singers & Artists Association (USAS), an international organization supporting singers, songwriters, and independent artists.
Through Lucky Night USA, Marshell combines his experience as a performer and producer to create an interactive entertainment experience where anyone can sign up and step into the spotlight—and anyone can have a Lucky Night.

With more than 10 years of stand-up comedy and storytelling experience, she is skilled in character development, emotional delivery, comedic timing, and connecting with audiences.
Her acting credits include the film Saved by Grace (2020) and the stage productions Bishops, Bills, and Babes (2025) and Just Brunch: The 80/20 Rule—Dating from the Male Perspective.
Margot also has more than 20 years of human resources management experience and holds an MBA in Human Resource Management.
She produces the monthly Hey Y’all Comedy Show, providing a welcoming stage for up-and-coming comedians to showcase their talent.
